Is a Roam Retreat for me?

Roam is for women with experience.  Women who have something to share, and who understand the value of learning from others.

Most who attend Roam will have had the chance to attend at least their 20 year high school reunion – if not their 30th or 40th (and we know those just get better over time!)

Roam is for women who are delighted to learn something new, to try something new, and to share a laugh with a new friend.

Should I attend on my own or with friends?

Roam brings together kindred spirits. Some who have known one another for years and would love a chance to really catch up, and others who are meeting each other for the first time.

Our breakout sessions provide opportunities for individuals to pursue what is of most interest to them, while our social time and workshops create ample opportunity for connecting with friends – old and new.

Roam is not clique-y. Women who attend are open and interested in meeting others, whether they attend with friends or on their own.

What is your cancellation policy?

50% of your payment will be refunded if you cancel more than 30 days before the event is scheduled to start.

You may also choose to roll your registration funds forward to a future Roam event.

What should I pack?

While specific packing lists will be provided before each event, it’s a safe bet to plan on bringing comfortable clothing that you feel great in. 

Most Roam events take advantage of the great outdoors; weather permitting, a sun hat, sunscreen and bug spray are a great idea, as is an extra warm later (or two) for the evenign once the sun goes down.  As all Roam events include time to move, we recommend walking or running shoes. Extra yoga mats are always helpful as well.  

Remember to check if your event venue has a pool or jacuzzi and pack accordingly!

What is your COVID Policy?

We are COVID-19 careful. Each of our event venues is selected because they provide ample outdoor spaces, and future indoor group spaces with large doors and windows that can be opened.

COVID-19 guidance, based on city and county mandates, will be followed for each event.

At this time, each participant is required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test at the outset of each event.
